Exponential stabilization for a piezoelectric beam with degenerate viscoelastic memory and time-varying delay

This paper considers the stabilization of a class of piezoelectric beam equations with degenerate viscoelastic memory and time-varying delay. By exploiting the Kato’s variable norm technique, the well-posedness of the system is established. The exponential stability of the total energy of the system is further obtained by constructing an appropriate Lyapunov function under suitable assumptions.
