<p>Medical students face challenges that growth mindset may help address. We introduced a curriculum to help students recognize personal strengths and learn growth mindset. Quantitative (<i>n</i> = 663) and qualitative (<i>n</i> = 169) evaluations showed strong receptivity and frequent endorsement of key growth mindset principles, supporting the value of this intervention.</p>
