<p>Imposter phenomenon, characterized by persistent self-doubt and a fear of being exposed as a fraud, has become increasingly recognized within the last decade. Recent studies show that imposter phenomenon is widespread within the medical community, yet there exists no consensus framework or model to understand and assist those experiencing the phenomenon. This article aims to provide a practical guideline for managing imposter phenomenon in physicians and medical students at all levels. We propose that the use of specific strategies designed to support medical professionals can aid in recognizing, confronting, and overcoming imposter feelings.</p>
