摘要

Postgraduate PhD fellows in biomedical sciences often face limited training to enhance their teaching and learning skill when they are enrolled in an academic position. The medical school designed the Young Biomedical Science Programme (YBMS) for postdoctoral fellows to equip them with foundational skills in education, alongside with mentoring and coaching for 1 year.
