<p>Acromegaly is a chronic disease requiring a multimodal treatment approach, encompassing surgical, radiotherapeutic, and medical interventions, often extended over prolonged periods. To achieve a personalised and optimised management strategy, endocrinologists require therapeutic algorithms that integrate information on efficacy, safety, quality of life, and economic sustainability. In the context of precision medicine, these algorithms should also incorporate data on predictors of treatment response. This document summarises the main response predictors and new therapeutic algorithms available for acromegaly, providing an updated tool for clinical practice.</p>
