Algodistrofia: cosa c’è da sapere
摘要
Algodystrophy, currently referred to as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome type 1 (CRPS-1), is a regionally distributed disorder characterised by intense pain, disproportionate in intensity and duration to the triggering event, which is associated with sensory, motor, vascular, and soft tissue disturbances. The occurrence and intensity of these manifestations vary in different patients and typically tend to change over time. Early diagnosis and appropriate pharmacological treatment prevent the irreversible anatomical and functional damages that can develop.
