<p>The Center for Autism and Social Inclusion (CAIS) provides free training and care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. CAIS interventions use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to teach social, communicative, and academic skills. The Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP) is the primary tool for assessing the children’s repertoire. The first objective of this article is to present a brief history of CAIS, focusing on its contribution to the training of Psychology students in ABA interventions and as a center for free care to children with ASD. The second objective is to present CAIS’s organizational structure and operation and its role in disseminating behavior analysis in Brazil. CAIS is a living-learning laboratory that combines community service and academic training. It has established itself as an efficient, practical training model for future behavior analysts and a model for providing free care for children with ASD. Over its 20-year history, CAIS has reached various low-income families in Brazil, improving the quality of life of the children and families receiving the service and impacting the education of psychology students by providing theoretical and practical knowledge in ABA.</p>
