<p>We examined publicly available faculty salaries for men and women faculty members at 39 university programs affiliated with the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), either through Accreditation, Recognition, or Applying for Recognition status. Overall, 61.9% of the 181 faculty members were presumed women. Collectively, the mean salary for women was $95,345.16 (<i>SD</i> = $34,279.91) and the mean salary for men was $106,267.80 (<i>SD</i> = $41,513.61), though additional analyses revealed gender did not significantly predict salary at any rank. A multiple linear regression model revealed that program modality and rank were statistically significant predictors of salary differences. After adjusting for inflation, the average differences between actual earned salaries and inflation-adjusted salaries ranged from $11,950 to $31,718, suggesting that faculty wages have not kept pace with the rate of inflation.</p>
