Digital transformation and entrepreneurship in Vietnam: navigating challenges and policy impacts
摘要
This study examines how digital transformation helps Vietnamese entrepreneurs after COVID-19, addressing challenges such as outdated technology, weak regulation, and limited digital literacy. A systematic literature review (SLR) of 48 articles from 2000 to 2024 reveals that 75% of the studies highlight funding constraints, while 60% mention regulatory barriers. Digital transformation improves competitiveness and operations, according to 80% of studies, although infrastructure issues, such as banking and cybersecurity, are prevalent. Government policies have mixed effects, with 30% of studies indicating bureaucratic inefficiencies. The recommendations include education, deregulation, and infrastructure investment to support entrepreneurship and economic growth in Vietnam.
