Solopreneurship is characterized by flexibility, autonomy, and independence, which are associated with achieving work-life balance and increased work engagement. This study aimed to investigate whether being an online solopreneur really helps achieve work-life balance and work engagement. An online survey was conducted using a closed-ended questionnaire, and 97 online solopreneurs of fashion products were a sample of the study.
