Purpose of Review <p>Increased interest and development of structural racism measures warrants examination of datasets in which these measures can be linked. This narrative review uses the County-Level Structural Racism (CSR) scale to illustrate the potential of examining its association with health in the United States.</p> Recent Findings <p>Recent research has linked one dataset (2011–2012 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System) to the CSR scale and examined one health outcome; however, there may be other datasets that allow for examination of a broader set of health outcomes.</p> Summary <p>Using a framework and expert guidance, this review identified 34 datasets that can be linked to the CSR scale. These provide broad health outcome coverage, are nationwide, and have substantial sample sizes. Our analysis is a resource both for researchers who want to link CSR to other health outcomes, but also for the many emerging county-level structural racism measures.</p>
