摘要

In order to reduce the cost of semi-active hydraulic engine mount and broaden its application range, an adaptive hydraulic engine mount (AHEM) without external energy device was first designed. Then, its low frequency and high frequency quasi-linear models were established; respectively, and its dynamic characteristics at broadband (0–250 Hz) were analyzed. Due to manufacture, measurement, and installation errors, as well as material aging, the parameters of the AHEM have variability or uncertainty. To overcome this deficiency, a robust optimization design is presented. Finally, the effectiveness of the AHEM and the proposed methods is evaluated via numerical simulation and laboratory experiment. The results show that the failure probability of the results obtained by the robust optimization is lower than that of the deterministic optimization. The vibration isolation performance of the AHEM is enhanced by 20% compared with the original hydraulic engine mount.
