“Mutual Intentions AS v. A”

A “producer of sound recordings” is the one overseeing, in the sense of facilitating and paying for, the production of the recordings – the “fixations”. It is not the manufacturer or producer of physical copies, without this preventing one and the same person from assuming both roles.
