<p>This article aims to explore the propagation dynamics of a class of stochastic avian influenza models with time delay. Firstly, the high-precision Legendre spectral collocation method (LSCM) is used to transform the given stochastic model into a system of nonlinear algebraic equations. Secondly, obtain sufficient conditions for the extinction of avian influenza in both poultry and human populations. Finally, some numerical examples are used to demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the conclusion. In addition, an application example of the obtained conclusions was provided.</p>
