Resistance distance and Kirchhoff index based on degree for a cyclic triangular bipyramid hexahedron

摘要

The resistance distance is the effective resistance between any two pairs of nodes uv in the electrical network N, which is obtained by replacing each edge of the graph G with the unit resistance \(1\Omega \) 1 Ω . The Kirchhoff index Kf(G) is the sum of the resistance distance between all pairs of vertices in the graph G. In this paper, we utilized electrical network standards technology to calculate the resistance distances and the Kirchhoff index of a cyclic triangular bipyramid hexahedron. Additionally, we derived the closed-form expressions for the multiplicative degree-Kirchhoff index and the additive degree-Kirchhoff index of a cyclic triangular bipyramid hexahedron.
