摘要

As electrical construction expands and electric systems grow more complex, non-compliance and operational errors can lead to serious consequences. Therefore, systematic safety education and training are key approaches to improving electrical personnel’s safety knowledge and skills, as well as reducing the incidence of human-related accidents. However, in the practice of safety education and training within electrical enterprises, there are still issues such as insufficient precision in training needs analysis, relatively weak training resource development, traditional training methods, and insufficient depth in training evaluation and feedback. To address these issues, this paper establishes an electric power construction safety training system architecture from the perspective of skill operations and safety protection, considering the physical characteristics of the electrical grid. A electrical safety training system based on virtual reality technology and social learning mechanisms has been designed. The system integrates visualization interaction technology, Unity3D technology, and real-world physical operation scenarios with virtual simulation entities on the Android platform, enabling functions such as virtual training, realistic training, and online remote training. The design and development of this training system are of great significance for improving the skill levels and safety operation levels of electrical workers, thereby assisting electrical construction enterprises in achieving safe and stable production.
