Adis summary of research: efficacy and safety of once-daily vibegron for treatment of overactive bladder in patients aged ≥ 65 and ≥ 75 years: subpopulation analysis from the EMPOWUR randomized, international, phase III study
摘要
The prevalence of overactive bladder (OAB) increases with advancing age. The β3-adrenergic receptor agonist vibegron has been shown to provide effective relief of symptoms in patients with OAB, with a favourable tolerability profile. This Adis Summary of Research reports the findings of a subpopulation analysis investigating the efficacy and tolerability of once-daily vibegron in patients aged ≥ 65 years and ≥ 75 years with OAB.
