<p>The resilience of supply chains in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which are pivotal to national economies globally, is a subject of increasing academic and practical concern. The adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies presents a strategic avenue for enhancing such resilience. The present study investigates the influence of these emergent technologies on the robustness of SME supply chains. To evaluate and prioritize these technologies, a grey MADM approach is employed based on their practical applicability and efficacy. The research methodology commenced with a systematic literature review to identify enablers and indicators of supply chain resilience, which were subsequently refined using the content validity ratio. The relative weights of enablers were subsequently determined using the Grey Best–Worst Method (GBWM). The analysis revealed supply chain performance management as the principal enabler, with the identification and elimination of waste in the SC and better efficiency of resources, constituting the paramount indicator. Subsequently, the Industry 4.0 technologies were ranked utilizing COPRAS-G method. Cloud computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) were identified as the highest ranked technologies.</p>
