Muscle strains, ligament injuries, and chronic overuse conditions prevail, influenced by dance genre, training intensity, biomechanical factors, and psychological stressors. Gender differences reveal distinct patterns: females exhibit higher susceptibility to lower back and knee injuries, whereas males face higher risks of acute injuries in the lower back and feet.</p> Summary <p>Key findings underscore the need for discipline-specific and demographically tailored injury prevention programs. Modifiable risk factors-such as training methods, neuromuscular control, and psychological support-are critical for reducing injury prevalence. Future research should prioritize longitudinal studies and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize dancer safety and performance longevity.</p>
