Cooperative Bearing Characteristics of the Anchoring-Grouting System in the Weak and Broken Surrounding Rock

During the excavation of roadways and the extraction of working faces, the rocks surrounding the roadway undergo severe fracturing and crushing due to the impact of stress redistribution and periodic mining pressure. The frequent failure of active support structures, such as roadway bolts (anchors), has significantly compromised the stability of the roadway. Anchor-grouting support technology can not only reinforce the fractured surrounding rock, increasing its integrity and mechanical strength but also enhance the active support strength of the roadway, ensuring its stability. In order to investigate the mechanical strength of anchored grouting systems in deeply fractured rock, load-bearing tests were conducted on these systems, which featured rock fractures of varying sizes and numbers of supporting components. The results indicate that grouted anchors have a significant strengthening effect on rocks with varying fracture grades, and increasing the number of supporting components can improve the overall carrying capacity of the grouted anchors. The anchoring-grouting system exhibits synergistic load-bearing characteristics. Field tests of anchor-grouting support in deep roadways are also conducted, resulting in a significant reduction in roadway deformation. The research findings provide an important reference value for the control, construction, and design of fractured surrounding rock in deep roadways.
