Measurement of Vibrations on Installation of Internally Driven Pile

The internal driven piling technique is a popular method that can be used in a variety of applications in order to create strong and stable foundations. In fact, they are also suitable for use in areas with restricted space. The paper describes the vibration velocity, acceleration, settlement and the influenced distance due to internal driven pile executed in Netherlands. Further, this paper brief about project description, measurement data, information for the assessment of vibrations and the determination of safe zone area. The measurements were made in the periphery of test pile with the help of ten different measuring points with various distance from the test pile. The intensity of vibrations are assessed based on limits, target and/or assessment values described in Dutch guidelines.
