Investigation in the Influence of the Composition of Metal Ferrite Based Composites on the Dielectric Constant Through Response Surface Methodology
摘要
In the current study, we have examined the influence of composition of different metal ferrite nanoparticles in the Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) copolymer towards the augmentation in dielectric constant. A relation based on the composition and the dielectric constant with β fraction as the interface parameter is highlighted. To explain the correlation between these parameters, response surface methodology was used to study the analysis of variance. The nanoparticles are prepared using co-precipitation method and composite is prepared using solution casting method. Further they are characterized for Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy for estimating β fraction followed by the evaluation of dielectric constant. This optimization will allow us to realize the effect of composition on the microstructure thus attributing towards the dielectric constant. This will allow improving the dielectric constant of materials making them amenable for the energy storage applications.
