<p>This research attempted to explore the impact of digitalization (DG) on organizational performance (OP) of Bangladesh’s food and beverage sectors against the backdrop of the supply chain management (SCM). Through an in-depth examination of scholarly works and empirical investigations, a model has been developed that examines the diverse aspects of digitalization in supply chains and their potential effects on organizational performance. Additionally, this study evaluates the potential mediating role of supply chain efficiency in the connection between organizational performance and the digital supply chain in the food and beverage sector. A questionnaire based on this model was designed using five points Likert scale and data. Data was collected through an online survey of 220 participants. 摘要

This research attempted to explore the impact of digitalization (DG) on organizational performance (OP) of Bangladesh’s food and beverage sectors against the backdrop of the supply chain management (SCM). Seven hypotheses have been developed including those the moderating effects which were verified using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The finding suggested that to stay competitive in the market and enhance supply chain efficiency and overall organizational performance, food and beverage firms in Bangladesh should consider incorporating Digital Supply Chain (DSC) techniques into their operations. The research findings offer managers valuable insights on how digital practice-based SCM can enhance supply chain efficiency (SCE) and mitigate adverse impact on business performance during emergencies in the food and beverage sector. Further this study contributes to the existing research on DG, SCM, and OP by providing a theoretical foundation for their relationships and offers managers insights into leveraging DSC to optimize resources and costs without compromising availability or service levels.
