Analysis of Risks Involved in the Supply Chain Management: A Case of the Chemical Industry
摘要
Examining the risks in managing the supply chain for hazardous materials involves using two essential risk assessment methods. This study applied failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and Bow-Tie analysis to create a risk management framework tailored to the challenges of handling dangerous goods. The study looked at various risks and addresses how to manage them effectively. The results show that the proposed framework can significantly improve risk management within the supply chain and has the potential to inspire further research in the field. In short, both FMEA and Bow-Tie analysis are valuable tools for identifying and managing risks, making them worth considering for further research by companies dealing with hazardous materials.
