In our present research, we have explored \(\eta \) -Ricci solitons within the Lorentzian Kähler space-time manifold that is Bochner flat. Throughout the study, we have thoroughly examined different criteria that determine whether the Ricci solitons in these contexts exhibit shrinking, steady, or expanding behaviours. These criteria are analysed with respect to various factors, including isotropic pressure, cosmological constant, energy density, and gravitational constant. Additionally, we have explored the implications of these conditions on different perfect fluid models, such as dark fluid, stiff matter, dust fluid, and radiation fluid.
