<p>Here we study some statistical properties of a generalized triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number using possibilistic measures. These numbers are represented by five parameters and have the property that the highest membership value one and the lowest non-membership value zero occur at the same point of the underlying set. This assumption is very common in practical applications. In this direction, we studied the algebraic properties and statistical measures of the linear combination of such numbers.</p>
