Psammogeton Indicus sp. nov. (Pimpinelleae; Apiaceae) from Jammu, India
摘要
Psammogeton indicus sp. nov. (Apiaceae), a new species from Jammu and Kashmir, India, is described. It differs from its closely allied P. canescens (DC.ex Boiss.) Vatke and P. suchaniensis Bhellum & Magotra in having glabrous leaves, leaflets oblanceolate, inflorescence with 1–2 peduncles per node, about 9 mm long bracts, rays up to 10 in number. An identification key to Indian species of Psammogeton Edgew., comparative details, morphology, illustrations and images including phylogeny are presented. In addition, a map indicating location of species in district Samba of Jammu and Kashmir, India is also provided.
