<p>In this research paper, polyester cloth substrate based bandpass microstrip filter is proposed. This wearable filter is useful for NATO applications to pass band of 4.20 to 4.53&#xa0;GHz. The return and insertion losses are –29.81 and −0.31&#xa0;dB respectively at 4.35&#xa0;GHz. The presented wearable filter structure is fabricated and tested using Agilent Vector network analyzer. The simulated and measured results are found in good agreements. Equivalent circuit of this filter is prepared and validated the results. The research contribution is an attempt to propose a microstrip line wearable filter and approach to calculate transfer function of a wearable microstrip filter.</p>
