ANThologische Unterstützung für Prozesse inklusionsorientierter Schulentwicklung
摘要
Inclusion in the education system is a vision that requires fundamental transformations of school practices and structures. With regard to the question of how schools can successfully navigate the path towards an inclusive organisation, this article considers which understanding of the process could be helpful for school development and what role innovators should take. To this end, the radically process-oriented approach of the actor-network theory (ANT) is presented and it is shown what the ANT can contribute to the analysis and design of inclusion-oriented school developments. On the basis of two case studies—cartographies of innovation processes from the perspective of the initiators—the article analyses how the new is translated by an evolving actor-network and what possibilities for action arise from it. The ANT-cartographies provides critical insights into how process models and project plans can be handled and what role networking with which other human and non-human actors plays.
