Kooperative Planung? Handlungsleitende Orientierungen von Ausbildungslehrpersonen und Studierenden in Planungssettings
摘要
Co-planning concepts are recently being discussed as a way of involving students in lesson planning on an equal level and supporting them in developing their skills through co-constructive planning. It is unclear which orientations guide students and teachers and are reflected in the actual interaction. Using the documentary method, three types of co-operative lesson planning were identified on the basis of recorded planning discussions: facilitation, training and coaching. They differ in the understanding of roles, the expectations of the planning session, the modes and the focus of the planning sessions. It is particularly evident that the hierarchy between students and in-service teacher trainers remains relevant in the implementation of co-operative planning processes; only in the coaching type does the joint planning focus on the pupils’ learning. Students and in-service teacher trainers conduct planning discussions predominantly within the usual hierarchy between students and teachers.
