Resilienz oder Überbemessung? Blau-grüne Infrastruktur in Oberbillwerder
摘要
In Bergedorf, Hamburg's 105th district, Oberbillwerder, is being developed with 6 000 to 7 000 homes across around 117 hectares. Its defining feature is the “Green Loop”, a 6.5-kilometre network of waterways and parkland that captures, stores, and gradually releases rainwater. Combined with retention measures on private plots, this creates a climate-resilient and water-sensitive urban district.
