<p>The development and implementation of sustainable measures for heavy rain precaution places high demands on all participating actors. To support these processes, the city of Dortmund has carried out Value Management studies based on DIN EN 12 973. The overarching project goal was to develop interdisciplinary measures for heavy rain precaution that are characterized by high effectiveness, optimal organization and the use of limited resources.</p>
