Naturschutzrecht kontra Fach-Naturschutz beim Umgang mit Dämmen und Deichen

Statutory regulations and their execution in a big way fail the aim of a real purposeful nature conservation. Peculiar delicate are - adjuncted to a very high standard of legal certainty - the acts basing on the Flora-Fauna-Habitat Directive. This is shown by taking the example of river dikes beside big Bavarian rivers. As a last point are hinted the criteria for the further development of the plant cover on the dikes along the lower Inn.
