<p>Communication encompasses all forms of human interaction. Communication is complex, causal, coherent and resonant. Causally, communication always reacts on the principle of the preceding: what, why or why does an answer follow? The complexity of communication manifests itself in many ways: verbal, non-verbal, para-verbal, visual, acoustic. Coherent communication describes comprehensive contexts. Last but not least, communication is pure resonance: how and in what form (high-energy/low-energy) can one‘s own system resonate with the requirements of external or internal forces. Thus, communication skills are also an indicator of resilience and ressource management and are closely related to them.</p>
