摘要

Ion-exchange commercial zeolite, such as Faujasite (FAU), Linde Type A (LTA), Mordenite (MOR) zeolite, stands as a versatile and promising solution for both O2 production and CO2 capture, addressing critical challenges in the realms of sustainable energy and environmental preservation. As an adsorbent material with highly selective properties, zeolite excels in gas separation applications. In the context of O2 production, zeolite's ion-exchange capabilities enable the removal of nitrogen molecules from air, resulting in an enriched oxygen stream suitable for a wide range of industrial and medical applications. The cyclic nature of the process allows for continuous O2 production without the need for constant input of raw materials. Simultaneously, this exceptional zeolite technology is employed for CO2 capture, efficiently adsorbing and retaining carbon dioxide molecules from flue gases or other emission sources within its porous structure. By preventing CO2 release into the atmosphere, ion-exchange commercial zeolite actively contributes to climate change mitigation and carbon footprint reduction. This dual application of zeolite, harnessing its ion-exchange properties for O2 enrichment and CO2 capture, underscores its immense potential in driving a greener and more sustainable future, offering a promising pathway towards cleaner energy generation and environmental stewardship.
