<p>This case report concerns a&#xa0;patient with ectopic hair growth in the glans. Physical examination revealed a&#xa0;palpable 5 mm&#xa0;tumor with red granulating tissue on the glans. The lesion was repeatedly removed through plastic surgery, but it recurred. A&#xa0;referral to the urologist followed. The patient history and ultrasound revealed hair growth from the glans and subsequently, surgical excision was planned. During surgery, hair growth was found to originate from the distal urethra and the lesion including its origin was completely removed. The lesion is currently in remission and cosmetically recovered to the patient’s satisfaction.</p>
