<p>We discuss the time evolution of quantum entanglement in the presence of non-collapsing interactions. In particular, the entanglement between the products of a muon decay in a magnetic field is revisited. It results from angular momentum conservation and leads to an anomaly in the measured muon <i>g</i> factor in precise agreement with that reported by the Brookhaven and Fermilab experiments, alleviating the present tension between data-driven and lattice theoretical values.</p>
