摘要

The present work explored effects of cellulase and xylanase hydrolysis and fed-batch operation on hyperin production from the Euryale ferox seed shell. The results indicated that cellulase hydrolysis (CH) and xylanase hydrolysis (XH) significantly improved hyperin production. The combined cellulase and xylanase hydrolysis (CH-XH) was proved to be more favorable for improving hyperin production, in comparison with CH and XH. CH-XH reduced hemicellulose, lignin, and amorphous structures in the pretreated E. ferox seed shell lignocellulose, thus increased hyperin production. Moreover, when implemented by the second round fed-batch hydrolysis, the hyperin production and production rate were boosted to be 2451.44 mg/L and 715.02 mg/L.h, respectively. Regarding as an environmentally friendly process, fed-batch hydrolysis was used as an efficient alternative to produce hyperin from the E. ferox seed shell.
