Multi-scale response reconstruction of transmission tower structure with limited dual-type sensors
摘要
Transmission tower is an important energy infrastructure, accurately acquiring the multi-scale responses of which under environmental load is essential to its safety performance evaluation and damage identification. However, the existing methods have the problem that the measurement response type is single and the measurement position cannot cover the whole structure. To address this issue, an innovative multi-scale response field reconstruction method is proposed based on limited acceleration and strain data. First, the modal identification method is used to identify the displacement mode according to the simplified model of transmission tower. Then the strain modes, acceleration and displacement are calculated via the generalized mode superposition principle. Finally, the velocity response field is reconstructed by Kalman filter (KF) method. Numerical simulation shows that the multi-scale response reconstructed by the proposed method is match well with the theoretical value in both time and frequency domains, and the reconstruction error is within 7%. In addition, field measurement proves that the error of reconstructed strain is less than 10%.
