The practical application of the study’s findings is feasible in developing recommendations for improving the urban environment within the framework of Astana’s General Plan for Development up to 2035. Additionally, integrating Smart City technologies can help reduce conflicts between urban modernization and the sociocultural aspects of sustainable development. The results may also be implemented in educational programs and used in the preparation of monographs and future research.
