<p>Wandering spleen is a rare condition that can necessitate urgent laparotomic splenectomy. Prompt recognition of symptoms is crucial for preserving the spleen by performing laparoscopic splenopexy. We present a laparoscopic technique that enables safe and durable splenopexy using a composite keyhole-shaped mesh (13-month follow-up).</p>
