摘要

Biliary reconstruction is key point to successful outcomes in living-donor liver transplantation (LDLT). Despite the different described technique, a high rate of biliary complication is reported in this procedure. We herein present three different techniques that can be used after adequate evaluation of grafts’ and recipients’ characteristics.
