<p>The first objective of this manuscript is to characterize the non-negativity of the Moore-Penrose inverse of a real matrix in terms of the spectral properties of matrix splittings. The second objective is to derive some comparison results for the spectral radii of matrices with proper regular splittings.</p>

摘要

The first objective of this manuscript is to characterize the non-negativity of the Moore-Penrose inverse of a real matrix in terms of the spectral properties of matrix splittings.
