The sociodemographic characteristics, clinical profile along with gynaecological examination and psychological parameters of the cases was studied. Relevant data was collected confidentially. Anonymity of cases was strictly maintained. Study was approved by hospital ethical committee.</p> Results and Conclusion <p>Sexual assault is a heinous crime. The survivors belonged to all the socioeconomic classes and the perpetrator of the crime were usually their confidantes. All age group from one to 18&#xa0;years were the victims of crime. The gravid survivors came for either MTP or delivery, rest not pregnant ones underwent EUA and emergency contraceptive administered. The survivors suffered from great pain and agony, both physical and mental, leading them to be depressed and debilitated. Social awareness, strict judicial system, and timely medical help are the cornerstone to reduce crime rates and longterm consequences.</p>
