<p>Giant cervical polyps are rare entity. Only a few cases are reported in literature; all the reported cases are of benign pathology. Through this literature we aimed to discuss diagnosis, management and pathologic findings of largest fibrorpithelial cervical polyp documented so far. The management is always a dilemma due to rarity of this condition and non-availability of standard guidelines and meagre literature. It masquerades as uterine inversion or prolapse and cervical malignancy. Hence, proper evaluation is required to make accurate diagnosis and surgical management.</p>
