Background <p>Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) adversely affects women’s quality of life. Transobturator tape (TOT) is an established mid-urethral sling procedure, but Indian data on early patient-reported outcomes are limited.</p> Case Report <p>Four women with SUI underwent TOT between December 2023 and December 2024. Outcomes were assessed with the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire–Short Form (ICIQ-SF) and Questionnaire for Urinary Incontinence Diagnosis (QUID) after 6–8 weeks. Three patients achieved complete resolution of stress leakage, while one had partial improvement. All showed reduction in ICIQ-SF and QUID stress scores. No intraoperative or early postoperative complications were noted.</p> Conclusion <p>This case series highlights the feasibility and clinical utility of integrating validated PROMs (ICIQ-SF, QUID) into outcome evaluation after TOT surgery. Larger studies with extended follow-up are warranted to strengthen evidence.</p>

Background

Case Report
