<p>Innovation is driven by technology. Business success is ultimately driven by innovation. Information technology executives now play a crucial role in how a company controls organizational performance, profitability, and growth as a result of these two realities. One of the main elements behind raising a company’s success is leadership. It is considered that the overall performance of the organization is influenced by the type of leadership style used there. The research discussion seeks to determine whether different leadership philosophies have an impact on the organization’s technology transformation process and whether these concepts can progress this activity in one way or another. The design of a qualitative case study was used. A total of 250 respondents were included in the sample size utilizing purposeful sampling (managers and team leaders) from selected IT companies in India.The outcomes revealed that leadership of transformation, leadership of transaction, leadership of innovation, and leadership of instrumental have a significant association with the performance of technological organizations. It is advised that the management of the organization apply extra of that and integrate it with alternative leadership styles when appropriate because the company’s strength heavily depends on its leadership style. This will help the organization become stronger within its business.</p>
