摘要

With the development of science and technology, the application of computer-aided entertainment robot in sports training has been paid more and more attention. Combining interactivity and entertainment, these robots have had a positive impact on the training effectiveness and fitness of athletes. The new technology of digital entertainment provides a new idea for sports health management. The purpose of this study was to explore how interactive sports training game experiences based on computer-aided entertainment robots can promote sports health effects and evaluate its practical application potential in daily training. The experimental design is adopted in this study, and the computer-aided entertainment robot is used to carry out corresponding sports training games, and the computer-aided entertainment robot is set up to ensure its compatibility with the training site and good network connection. Develop and select interactive training games suitable for different sports, use the robot system to generate personalized training plans, and set the corresponding difficulty level. During the training, participants’ physiological data (such as heart rate, calorie consumption, etc.) is collected through sensors, and robots are used for real-time monitoring and feedback. The results showed that interactive training games improved participants’ training motivation and willingness to continue to participate.
