摘要

The selection of optimal transport aircraft is a complex process that involves several conflicting criteria and uncertainty. The transport aircraft industry has been booming in recent days, and the selection of suitable aircraft is one of the foremost concerns to maintain higher profitability in the aviation sector. In this regard, this paper develops a CRITIC-TOPSIS “multi-criteria decision-making” method with an incomplete dataset (consisting of missing values). The objective of the paper is to impute the missing entries with suitable neutrosophic values and to extend the decision-making process with hybrid CRITIC-TOPSIS under a neutrosophic environment. The study utilizes empirical data for 38 different transport aircraft as alternatives, evaluating them against 10 critical criteria. To impute the null values in the existing dataset, the neutrosophic set is used, and the hybrid CRITIC-TOPSIS method is utilized for decision-making purposes.
