<p>The study aims to examine the relationships between diversity &amp; inclusion, perceived employer attractiveness and job applicants’ intent to join. The study used a quantitative approach, employing a descriptive research design. The conceptual model was tested using Structural Equation Modelling. For this purpose, the data was collected through a questionnaire from 308 postgraduate students in the management stream studying in top academic institutions located in Delhi, India. The quantitative study validates the conceptual framework, with all the hypotheses supported, showing diversity and inclusion positively impacting employer attractiveness and job applicant intention to join. The study provides useful insights for practitioners to improve diversity and inclusion efforts. It emphasizes the value of investing in these areas and shows how a strong employer brand helps attract potential job applicants.</p>
